Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule 3 times a day

Duration of use:
For an optimal effect, it is recommended to take it for 5-6 weeks.

Method of administration:
The capsules "Narum" should be taken 15-20 minutes before meals with a drink at room temperature (preferably with milk, except in case of intolerance to dairy products).
