GABA - Gamma-aminobutyric acid, ASHWAGANDHA - Standardized extract 5:1 from the rhizome of withania somnifera L. containing 7% withanolides, 2% withaferin A, 1% alkaloids, L-TRYPTOPHAN , THEANINE - Standardized tea leaf extract Chinese (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) containing 98% theanine, HERRIBLE MUSHROO - Extract from the pericarp of the erinaceus mushroom (Hericium erinaceus (Buli.:Fr.) Pers., ZINC (zinc gluconate), bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule (gelatin, dye - iron oxides, dye - titanium dioxide)
