1. WHAT IS Milgamma N CAPSULES AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR
Lack of vitamins B1, B6, B12 causes various disorders of the nervous system. Milgamma N treats diseases of the nervous system (systemic nervous diseases) caused by a proven deficiency of vitamins B1, B6 and B12.
Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble form of vitamin B1 that is formulated to be absorbed much better by the body than the same dose of regular water-soluble vitamin B1. Once in the body, benfotiamine is converted into vitamin B1. Vitamin B1 regulates the breakdown of carbohydrates, which is especially important for nerve metabolism.

Vitamin B6 regulates the breakdown of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
Vitamin B12 is necessary for cell metabolism, normal functioning of hematopoiesis and the nervous system, regulates the synthesis of nucleic acids, resulting in the formation of new cell nuclei.

2. BEFORE YOU USE Milgamma N CAPSULES FOR NERVOUS SYSTEM DISORDERS
Milgamma N capsules should not be used:
- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to benfotiamine, pyridoxine, cyanocobalamin or any auxiliary substance of Milgamma N.

Taking other medicines
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including those bought without a prescription.
Vitamin B6 used in therapeutic doses can weaken the effect of levodopa. In addition, interactions with isonicotinic acid hydrazide (INH), d-penicillamine and cycloserine have been observed.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding
It is necessary to consult a doctor or pharmacist before using any medicine.
Daily consumption of up to 25 mg of vitamin B6 poses no risk. Since the preparation contains 90 mg of vitamin B6, it is advised not to drink it during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
