Indications: Mensil is used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men, i.e. impotence defined as the inability to obtain or maintain a penile erection sufficient for sexual intercourse.

Action: Mensil contains the active substance - sildenafil, which belongs to the group of drugs from the group of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by helping the blood vessels in the penis relax, increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal. Sildenafil helps to achieve an erection only if sexually stimulated beforehand.

Dosage: Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. The recommended starting dose is 50mg. Mensil should not be used more than once a day. Do not take Mensil together with other medicines containing sildenafil. Mensil should be taken about an hour before planned sexual activity. The tablet should be crushed and chewed.

Composition: 1 tablet contains: active substance: sildenafil 25mg. Other ingredients: polacrilin potassium, colloidal anhydrous silica, lactose monohydrate, povidone K-30, aspartame (E 951), croscarmellose sodium, mint flavor, magnesium stearate, potassium hydroxide (for pH adjustment), hydrochloric acid (for pH adjustment).

Pregnancy and breast-feeding: Mensil is not intended for use by women.

Driving and using machines: Mensil may cause dizziness and visual disturbances. Patients should find out how they react to Mensil before driving or using machines.
