Description : ERGYCALM combines hawthorn, relaxing and soothing, lemon balm which helps you to unwind and hoarhound which reduces restlessness associated with sleeping difficulties.
The formula is rich in magnesium which contributes to normal psychological functions.

Free of alcohol, sugar, sweetener and artificial flavourings

When is it recommended ?
ERGYCALM can be recommended to combat difficulties in sleeping, waking up during the night, in the event of general malaise or when giving up tobacco.

Ingredients : An aqueous solution of trace elements (filtered water, salt-free concentrated sea water, standardised extract of lithothamnium - Phymatolithon calcareum Pall,zinc, iron and copper gluconates, chromium chloride, manganese sulphate, sodium selenite and molybdate), stabiliser: plant glycerine; extracts of hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq), hoarhound (Ballota nigra L.) and lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.), natural flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Instructions for use :
10 to 20 ml per day in ½ glass of water (75 ml) between meals.
