Alopexy is a medicinal product intended for men suffering from baldness. The indication for the use of the drug is male pattern baldness (alopecia androgenetica) of moderate severity. The active substance of Alopexyis minoxidil - a compound with hypotensive effect, which, when applied topically, stimulates the growth of keratinocytes and hair (in vitro and in vivo studies). Twice daily treatment for 2 months may be required for visible stimulation of hair growth. The dose of the drug should be applied to the scalp and spread with the fingertips over the entire treated area of the skin. After topical administration, minoxidil is poorly absorbed - on average 1.7% of the applied dose reaches the systemic circulation. The use of Alopexy by women is not recommended due to limited effectiveness and the occurrence of excessive hair growth outside the application areas.

Alopexy belongs to the group of dermatological drugs. It comes in the form of a clear, pale yellow solution for topical application to the skin. The bottle of the medicine has a child-resistant cap, which has been additionally equipped with a dosing pump with an applicator for a more convenient application of the medicine.
Composition and dosage
1 ml of solution contains:
active substance: 50 mg of minoxidil,
excipients: propylene glycol 240 mg, ethanol (96%), purified water.
Apply 1 ml of the drug twice a day (regardless of the size of the treated area).
Apply the drug to the scalp, starting from the center of the treated area.
The maximum daily dose of the drug is 2 ml.
Before and after applying the solution, wash your hands thoroughly.
