Rinopanteina Nasal Ointment 10gr, Soothing & Regenerating The Nasal mucosa

1. What is Rinopanteina® and what is it used for

Rinopanteina® is a medical product (ointment and nasal drops) that moisturizes the nasal mucosa and maintains moisture, helping to restore the damaged mucosal epithelium.

Rinopanteina® is used:

- after surgical operations, to reduce the scab that forms;

- in the case of dryness and/or atrophy of the nasal mucosa, caused by special environmental conditions, the use of nasal sprays, aerosols or pathologies such as medicinal or allergic rhinitis, ozena;

- to reduce the consequences of nosebleeds, including those caused by injuries;

- to facilitate endoscopic examinations and/or insertion of tampons.

Ointment can be used for the prevention and treatment of cracked skin around the nose caused by cold.

2. What you need to know before starting to use Rinopanteina®

Do not use the product in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of its components (a list of them is provided in section 6).

3. How to use Rinopanteina®

Ointment: apply a small amount of ointment, 1-3 times a day, gently massaging the wings of the nose to promote diffusion.

Drops: shake the closed vial well before use and instill 2-3 drops into each nostril 4-5 times a day.

4. Warnings

§ In case of adverse reactions, stop using the product and consult a doctor.

§ Before use, make sure that the container is not damaged.

§ Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging. The expiration date is for an undamaged and properly stored product.

§ Close the container tightly after use.

5. How to store Rinopanteina®

§ Keep out of sight and reach of children.

§ It is preferable to store the product at room temperature.

§ Drops: drops may thicken at low temperatures. This does not mean that the quality of the drops has changed, after shaking the product and keeping it in an environment warmer than 15°C, the consistency of the product is restored.

6. Additional information

Ointment composition: vitamin A palmitate (0.05%), D-panthenol (5.0%), hydrolyzed proteins of seed oats (Avena Sativa), sodium hyaluronate (0.1%), Ceteareth-20, sodium benzoate, BHA, mineral oil, petrolatum, purified water.

Composition of drops: vitamin A palmitate (0.05%), D-panthenol (0.1%), BHA, mineral oil, petrolatum.
