Indications :
Piascledine 300mg is a drug recommended for use as a supportive treatment in osteoarthritis and accompanying pain.

Features :
Piascledine 300 belongs to a new class of drugs called 'slow-acting Osteoarthritis Symptoms' (SYSADOA). It is characterized by a delayed onset of action and therefore, in the initial period of use of Piascledine 300, it may be necessary to use, under the supervision of a physician, combination therapy with a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and/or analgesic. The active substance of the drug are unsaponified fractions of avocado oil and soybean oil. Piascledine has properties that alleviate the symptoms of degenerative damage to the articular cartilage, including pain. It has a rebuilding effect on the extracellular matrix of the articular cartilage and improves the patient's locomotor system.

Composition :
1 capsule: avocado oil unsaponifiable fraction - 100 mg, soybean oil unsaponifiable fraction - 200 mg and auxiliary substances.

Usage :
The usual dose is 1 Piacledine 300 mg capsule per day. The capsule should be taken with a meal. It should be swallowed whole and not chewed. Wash down with a sufficient amount of liquid, e.g. a glass of water.

Important information :
The drug should not be given to children, pregnant women and during pregnancy.
Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation.
