Application
Apply the gel in sufficient quantity to the sensitive gums as often as you want to achieve relief. Blot the baby's gums with a clean cloth to absorb any moisture before applying the gel. Massage the gel into the gums with a clean finger or a small, soft toothbrush.

To achieve maximum exposure time, the baby should not drink anything for 30 minutes after application.
