Description
Mineral supplement. This medicine contains magnesium. For the treatment of magnesium deficiency, either isolated or associated with another deficiency. A combination of the following symptoms may indicate a possible magnesium deficiency:

nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, transient feeling of fatigue and minor sleep disturbances;
signs of anxiety, such as spasms in the gastrointestinal tract or palpitations in the presence of normal heart function;
muscle cramps and tremors.
Taking magnesium supplements can reduce these symptoms.
Magnesium deficiency can be:

primary – due to metabolic disorders (chronic congenital hypomagnesemia);
secondary, caused by: insufficient intake of magnesium (very poor diet, alcoholism, only parenteral nutrition),
gastrointestinal malabsorption or impaired absorption from the gastrointestinal tract (chronic diarrhea, fistulas of the digestive tract, hypoparathyroidism),
excessive excretion through the kidneys (renal tubule defects, increased urine output, excessive use of diuretics, chronic pyelonephritis, primary hyperaldosteronism, treatment with cisplatin).

Usage
Adults: 3-4 tablets per day, divided into 2 or 3 doses and taken during meals. For children older than 6 years (approximately 20 kg): 2-4 tablets per day, divided into 2 or 3 doses and taken during meals. If you feel that the effect of Magne B6 Premium is too strong or too weak, consult a doctor or pharmacist.

The composition
The active substances are: magnesium (Magnesium) in the form of anhydrous magnesium citrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Pyridoxini hydrochloridum) or vitamin B6.
One coated tablet contains 100 mg of magnesium and 10 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride. The other ingredients are: lactose anhydrous, macrogol 6000, magnesium stearate (tablet core); hypromellose, macrogol 6000, titanium dioxide (E 171), talc (tablet coating).
