It is better to take it within 12 hours rather than delay until the third day .\u003cbr\u003eLABELLA is thought to work by:\u003cbr\u003e stopping your ovaries from releasing an egg;\u003cbr\u003e preventing sperm from fertilising any egg that may have already released.\u003cbr\u003eLABELLA can only prevent you from becoming pregnant if you take it within 72 hours of having\u003cbr\u003eunprotected sex. It does not work if you are already pregnant.
