Esoxx One combines the properties of chondroitin , hyaluronic acid and a polymer to adhere, relieve and promote healing of the esophageal mucosa.
Poloxame r 407 is a polymer that has the property of exerting a thermoreversible thickening and gelling action, that is to say that its texture varies according to the temperature. These specific properties allow it to form a macromolecular complex with chondroitin and hyaluronic acid. It thus allows to adhere to the mucosa, to exert a protective activity, but also to prolong the contact time and the release time of chondroitin and hyaluronic acid on the tissues of the mucosa. Chondroitin is a fundamental constituent of the esophageal mucosa. It has an anti-inflammatory effect , by stimulating the growth of fibroblasts. It also plays an important role in cell protection, reducing the proteolytic activity of pepsin. Thus, it relieves and prevents tissue damage. Hyaluronic acid , an essential component of epithelia, is a pivotal molecule in healing processes , it plays an important role in lubrication, cell differentiation and cell growth. Dosage and precautions for use of Esoxx One
Esoxx One comes in the form of a gel packaged in single-dose sachets of 10 ml.
Its usual dosage is 1 sachet to be taken after the main meals and before bedtime.
It has a pleasant taste of red grapes.
It is advisable to take Esoxx One away from any other medication.
